Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for supervising and implementing the management of various tasks in the technical department.

2. Responsible for the company's technical standards and developing and implementing production technology work plans

3. Responsible for providing technical guidance, supervision, inspection, and assessment of the work of various positions in the production department.

4. Responsible for coordinating internal work relationships and reasonable division of labor among employees within the department, ensuring that each link works according to work indicators.

5. Solve difficult technical problems in the process, responsible for optimizing the bulk production process, and ensuring the feasibility of the bulk production.

6. Responsible for technical training within the department and resolving difficult production and payment issues.

7. Lead the production department to verify samples, process sheets, etc. Ensure that there are no pattern issues before production, ensure that the sample clothes have no quality problems, ensure that the process sheet is complete and error free, and ensure that the sample clothes, paper patterns, and process sheets are consistent.

Job requirements:

1. High school diploma or above, with 3 to 5 years of equivalent work experience

2. Proficient in all category technologies (including bras, men's and women's clothing, shapewear, thermal insulation, home wear and other paper patterns and sewing processes)

3. Proficient in the characteristics of clothing materials and accessories, and make final judgments on whether controversial technical operations are operable

4. Strong comprehensive ability, strong communication and management skills, as well as strong coordination skills, meticulous and responsible in work.
