Job responsibilities:
Responsible for planning and managing the entire production line of the company, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the production process. Lead and manage the production team, develop and implement production plans, optimize production processes, improve product quality, reduce production costs, and ensure high completion rates of production tasks.
Main responsibilities:
-Develop and implement the company's production plan to ensure a high completion rate of production tasks;
-Manage and lead the production team, responsible for employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation;
-Develop and optimize production processes to improve product quality and production efficiency;
-Guide and train production team members to ensure they possess production management and coordination skills;
-Establish and maintain good production processes and standards to ensure product quality meets company requirements;
-Participate in the planning and management of company projects, ensuring that projects proceed according to plan and achieve expected goals;
-Pay attention to industry trends and competitors' production situations, maintain sensitivity and judgment towards the company's production capacity;
-Regularly submit production status and data analysis to provide data support for the company's strategic decision-making.
Job requirements:
-High school diploma or above, with more than 8 years of experience in clothing production management, familiar with the background of the underwear industry is preferred;
-Familiar with production management theory and practice, with rich experience in production sites;
-Having good communication, coordination, leadership skills, and a sense of teamwork;
-Capable of data analysis and decision-making, able to analyze and optimize production data;
-Proficient in production management tools and techniques, such as production planning and scheduling, ERP systems, etc;
-Proficient in understanding and adhering to the company's values, ethical standards, and laws and regulations.
